STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE


Exchange and return policy:

 

1.      To preserve the quality of the product and its suitability for storage, exchange and return are limited to the event of damage to the product or an error in the order.

2.      To return a damaged or wrongly sent product, we are happy for you to contact customer service via WhatsApp (0566559455).

3.      You can exchange/return damaged product on the same day of receipt only.

4.      The product must be in the same condition as it was received, without any change in shape or appearance, and has not been used.

5.      We work to satisfy you, so the return/exchange period may take (10) working days from the date we receive the product. 

6.      If you wish to recover the value of the product, a value will be refunded for the damaged/defective product after it reaches us and we verify its condition and then transfer the amount to you.
